Through a mind-body approach, we can help you decrease stress, improve health, strengthen relationships, and release ways of being or addictive choices that have been holding you back. These tools treat trauma (grief), addiction (shame), along with the accompanying symptoms of panic, anxiety and depression that have gotten in the way of your comfort and wellness. With authentic presence, we can help you connect more deeply to what is true for you, a place not just of emotional safety but deep awareness of and appreciation for yourself and all you have been through.
