The Art of Deep Belief Work
Theta Healing is a meditation-based technique that works with the subconscious mind to identify and shift limiting beliefs — helping you feel lighter, more aligned, and more at peace.

What is Theta Healing?
Developed by Vianna Stibal in 1995, Theta Healing is a spiritual healing modality that combines focused meditation with energetic muscle testing (kinesiology) to uncover the beliefs held in your subconscious. These beliefs — many of which formed in early childhood — quietly shape how we feel, how we behave, and what we allow into our lives.
During a session, the practitioner enters a deep, relaxed theta brainwave state — the same state we experience just before sleep — and connects with what practitioners call “the energy of creation.” In this state, it becomes possible to witness and release beliefs that no longer serve you, and to replace them with new, supportive ones.

How does a session work?
Each session is a collaborative, conversational experience. There is nothing passive about it — you are an active and willing participant in your own healing.
We begin with a relaxed conversation to understand what you’d like to explore or shift — a recurring pattern, a physical symptom, an emotional block, or a life goal you’re struggling to reach.
Using intuitive inquiry and muscle testing, we identify the specific beliefs that may be contributing to what you’re experiencing.
With your permission, we work in the Theta state to witness the release of these beliefs — gently and without reliving trauma.
New, positive beliefs are instilled in their place, and we verify through muscle testing that your body is aligned with these new beliefs.
Sessions close with a reflection and supportive guidance for integrating the shifts in your daily life.

The Session Experience
Sessions are held in a calm, safe, and fully confidential space — currently only online. Most people find the experience deeply relaxing and typically report feeling freer and lighter. Some shifts are felt immediately; others unfold gently in the days that follow.
You don’t need any prior experience with energy healing or meditation. All that’s needed is a genuine willingness to explore.
Session runs 45 minutes. For deeper or long-standing patterns, a series of sessions is often most effective, though each session stands on its own.
