2026 Tapping Summit
I’m so excited the Tapping Summit is happening again! Now in its 18th year, it starts February 23rd at the Tapping World Summit.
As a psychotherapist with an integrative approach, I’m committed to tools and techniques that effectively and quickly reduce stress. One successful technique is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), frequently referred to as ‘Tapping’. Clients who use EFT have reported feeling calmer, lighter, and freer.
“It’s amazing how you get right to the heart of what I’ve been thinking and feeling.”
EFT works well because it is truly a mind-body approach. We use the mind to focus on a problem and gently stimulate acupressure points by tapping on them. This activates a calming response in the nervous system. Tapping brings relief—and it’s immediate.
Tapping often leads to new perspectives on old problems, and new perspectives can change our entire future. We start making decisions aligned with our true nature rather than following worn-out, self-limiting beliefs.
I’ve never had a client say after a Tapping session that they felt worse. Even when they know they still have an issue to contend with, tapping eases their stress response. Take a moment. Bring a stressful thought to mind, one that you find yourself thinking over and over again. Your nervous system is repeating a habit, but not a healthy one. Would you like to relieve some of your tension and reduce the stress hormones flooding your system?
If your answer is yes, I encourage you to sign up for the free Tapping World Summit. Even though interviews and sessions are prerecorded, attendees may participate in the online community. Sometimes the best way to relieve stress is to know you are not alone—join the Tapping Summit. Join over 3 million people who have tapped their way to feeling better and to better health!
If you’re looking for a more personalized approach and guidance, if you want to release patterns of stress or trauma for good, please schedule a free 15-minute consultation with me.
