Rates
Individual Counseling sessions are $155- $175.
I am in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. It is your responsibility to verify mental health and telehealth coverage including deductible if you have one.
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurer. I can provide a Superbill.

These services are provided virtually, and are available to adults anywhere.
NET (Neuro Emotional Technique®)
It is strongly recommended that NET clients are in therapy either with me or another licensed professional. Alternatives can be discussed. $100 for 45-minute session.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): A relaxed body can lead to a relaxed mind. EFT is a powerful technique to soothe your nervous system and relax your mind. Sessions Package of Three 30-minute sessions $125. Individual sessions $45.
Theta Healing
Theta Healing: If you could be supported at the highest level, what would that feel like? How would you be living your life differently? Theta Healing is a gentle meditative technique that guides you to freeing up limiting patterns and become more grounded, more clear within yourself. $90 for a 45-minute session.
Feng Shui Question
Feng Shui Clinic: Do you feel blocked in getting what you want, maybe something you have wanted or worked towards for a long time? Sometimes we need support to spot blocks right in front of us. Guided by a specific question related to a goal or problem (or specific area of the BaQua), I can help you create powerful shifts. Let the energetic and elemental side of the Universe support you. $45 for 20-minute solution based consultation.
